1 ASA grade 1 and 2 patients post elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia
1 Patients who have intraoperative complications such as major blood loss or severe hypotension requiring vasopressor infusions postoperatively.
2 Patients with impaired coagulation
3 Conversion to General anaesthesia or use of opiate analgesics intraoperatively.
4 Patients with significant hepatic, renal, pulmonary, metabolic, psychiatric disorders
5 Any incision other than pfannensteil incision for cesarean delivery.
