Inclusion Criteria
- •Mothers must be within the first year postpartum
Exclusion Criteria
- •Symptoms of severe mental illness (bipolar disorder, psychosis, suicidal ideation, eating disorder, etc.) that hinder the ability to participate; Severe chronic illnesses; Insufficient knowledge of the German language (i.e. using the app and answering the questionnaire is not possible); Other reasons that prevent the correct use of the app and the completion of the questions
