Inclusion Criteria
- •\> 18 years of age, sufficient German language skills, signed informed consent, mobile phone/tablet available, and one of the following criteria: on state benefit, low education, no partner.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed with a chronic disease, use of medication that influences weight or eating behaviour.
