Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Ongoing activity of a family midwive in the family:
- •Period of care for at least 12 additional weeks; child age at start of assignment \= 6 months; family exhibits at least one of the stress factors: mental illness/stress of a parent, physical and/or mental impairment of a parent, early pregnancy/minor mother, financial or material hardship, insecure housing situation traumatizing life events
- •social isolation / lack of integration (e.g. due to migration), rapid successive births of siblings, multiple births, Premature birth of the child, regulation disorder of the child, child's chronic illness and/or (imminent) disability, developmental delay/other, abnormalities in the child.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Symptoms of severe mental illness (bipolar disorder, psychosis, suicidal ideation, eating disorder, etc.) that interfere with the ability to participate; Severe chronic illness; Insufficient knowledge of the German language (i.e., unable to use the app and answer the questionnaire); Other reasons that prevent the correct use of the app and completion of the questions
