- •Ã¢â???ASA physical status I-II
- •Ã¢â???Elective surgery
- •Ã¢â???Supine Position
- •Ã¢â???Under General Anaesthesia more than 120mins with Endotracheal Intubation.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Procedures involving soft tissue around airway
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ ASA III or above
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢History of known allergic to local anaesthetics
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ History of recent upper respiratory tract infection
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ History of present COVID-19 infection
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Laryngeal disease/surgery
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ H/O smoking
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Those requiring insertion of nasogastric tube.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Those requiring more than 1 attempt to achieve tracheal intubation
