Inclusion Criteria
Apparenty healthy patients having achrocordons in both axillae
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy;
Lactation;
Use of any other topical or systemic analgesic; History of any antidepressant or antiepileptic medications in last 3 months;
Patients with known allergy to any anesthetic in past;
Damaged, denuded or broken skin at the chosen site of anesthetic cream application.

Name Time Method Primary efficacy outcomes were measured as pain severity scores as recorded by the patients. <br/ ><br>Pain severity was assessed with the help of a 10cms (100 mms) vertical VAS (visual analogue scale) with the end points of 0 rated as no pain and 100 as intolerable pain.Timepoint: Immediately after removing 5 achrocordons
