入选标准
- •Adult patients over 19 years of age (American society of anesthesiologists class (ASA class) I, II, ? )
- •-With going to get parental consent if aged 70 years or older
排除标准
- •pediatrics under 19 years of age
- •Patients American society of anesthesiologists class IV or higher
- •Patients with a BMI greater than 30
- •Peripheral obstructive blood vessel disease
- •Patients with heart disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia)
- •Who is taking a / ß blocker
- •pregnant woman
- •Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics
- •Patients taking anticoagulants and medications inappropriate for site anesthesia
- •Patients with skin infections to be treated with square braces
- •Chronic pain disorder
- •Patients with severe lung disease
- •Peripheral neuropathy of the arm undergoing neurological deficit or square brachial blockade
