Inclusion Criteria
1Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria and signs and symptoms of Sthaulya.
2Age between 20 to 50 yrs age group.
3WHR (waist hip circumference ratio) >0.9 in males and >0.8 in females.
4Patient of Sthaulya with BMI range from 25 to 35kg/ m².
5Patient willing for trial and giving written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients not willing for trial.
•Patients having BMI less than 25& >35 kg/ m².
•Patients having complications uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypothyroidism,uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular diseases etc.
•Patients having other systemic complications like malignancies .
•Patients on prolonged medication like corticosteroids.
