severe aortic stenosis patients (aortic valve area < 1.0 cm2) who undergo elective aortic valve replacement
-left ventricular ejection fraction =50% on preoperative transthoracic echocardiography
-mean transaortic pressure gradient = 40 mmHg on preoperative transthoracic echocardiography
-patietns who show preoeprative atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter
-patients with inotropic drug or mechanical assist device to stabilize the hemodynamics
-patients with moderate or severe aortic regurgitation combined with aortic stenosis
-patients with moderate or severe disease in other valve
-patietns who undergo emergency surgery
