Inclusion Criteria

1) Written informed consent be obtained from caregivers
2) Assent from children who are 6 to 15 years of age
3) Asthma patients who are confirmed by methacholine challenge test: PC20(provocativecon centration causing 20% fall in FEV1) < 8 mg/ml or increase FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) over 12% after using bronchodilator

Exclusion Criteria

1) Present sinusitis
2) Present nasal polyp
3) Present otitis media
4) Immotile cilia syndrome
5) Immune compromised patients
6) Severe asthma (FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) < 60%)
7) Unable to irrigate nose due to mental retardation or cognition impairment
