1. Collegiate or higher level middle distance athletes aged between 18-25 years, who are willing to participate voluntarily by submitting their written informed consent form.
2. Minimum eligibility is to qualify PAR-Q
3. Physical fitness certificate of all participants from concerned professional will be taken
1. Participants who are not doing regular cardio-respiratory endurance training
2. Participants having any recent injury
3. Participants with any generalized medical or psychological condition
