Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 & 2
Age 18 to 60yrs
Gender include Both female & male
Mallampati grade 1 2 3 4
Elective surgical procedures requiring NT intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Lack of consent
Age <18y & >60yrs
Pediatric age group
Pregnant females
ASA grade 3 & 4
Patients with rhinostenosis bleeding tendencies
Patients with poor pulmonary reserve where early desaturation is expected

Name Time Method To measure the ease and time to intubation <br/ ><br>Timepoint: TIME is caluculated from endotracheal tube passing from nose until confirmation of tracheal intubation by ETCO2 meaurement. <br/ ><br>EASE is by modified NT intubation difficulty scale <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
