Inclusion Criteria
Gestational age < 18th week of gestation
- Age = 18 years
- BMI prior pregnancy = 18.5 kg/m2
- Sufficient German language skills
- Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Multiple pregnancy
- High-risk pregnancy, which prohibits study participation (contraindications to exercise)
- Chronic diseases (e. g. diabetes, hypertension)
- Psychiatric or psychosomatic diseases
