1) Patients medically fit for extraction under local anaesthesia and patients with no developmental disorders
2)Patients requiring bilateral extraction of mandibular first and second molarsÂ
3)Patients without any local pathology like cyst, tumors, generalized jaw bone or systemic diseases interfering with or influencing haemorrhage, clotting or wound healing.
4)Patients with consent to participate in the study.
1)Patients with known premorbid conditions like thromboembolic disorders, hypertension, haemophilia, diabetes mellitus, anticoagulant therapy
2)Pregnant and lactating patients
3)Hypersensitivity to hemocoagulase topical solution and other constituents of the formulationÂ
4)Patients with mental illness.
5)Patients not willing to participate.
