Inclusion Criteria
patients under endoscopic sinus surgery classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2
Exclusion Criteria
1. a patient with abnormal liver, kidney function
2. a patient with a history of coronary vessel disease, cerebrovascualr attack
3. a patient with a history of coagulation disorter, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism
4. a patient taking antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants
5. a patient with abnormal coagulation lab test
6. a patient with a history of drug hypersensitivity by Botropase
7. pregnant woman
