Inclusion Criteria

Vamana Yogya patients having sign and symptoms of hypothyroidism like weight gain,constipation,breathlessness,dry and coarse skin,muscle ache,hair fall,fatique, lethargy,menstrual abnormality etc with fulfilling Diagnostic criteria and duration of disease less than 5 years

Exclusion Criteria

Vamana Ayogya patients suffering from disease like uncontrolled hypertension,asthma,heart disease,pregnancy and other systemic disorders which may lead the patient to fatal condition during Vamana karma.Patient with congenital,secondary hypothyroidism,drug induced hypothyroidism,chronicity of disease more than 5 year and if S.TSH level is more than 100mIU/
