- •Case known of classical PCOS
Exclusion Criteria
- •Thyroid dysfunction
- •Cushing syndrome
- •Late onset of congenital adrenal hyperplasia
- •Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- •Use of glucocorticoids, OCPs, ovulatory agents within 3 months of study
- •Smoking, drug and alcohol abuse
