Case known of classical PCOS
Exclusion Criteria
Thyroid dysfunction
Cushing syndrome
Late onset of congenital adrenal hyperplasia
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Use of glucocorticoids, OCPs, ovulatory agents within 3 months of study
Smoking, drug and alcohol abuse
