Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Aged between 18\-65 years old
  • 2\. Ability to provide consent, good knowledge of Greek
  • 3\. Low back pain lasting more than three months
  • 4\. Diagnosis of nonspecific chronic low back pain
  • 5\. Pain sensation on the VAS scale \>5

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Participation in an exercise program in the previous three months
  • 2\. Participation in a physiotherapy program in the previous three months
  • 3\. Pain due to malignancy
  • 4\. Spondyloarthritis
  • 5\. Rheumatoid arthritis
  • 6\. Pregnancy
  • 7\. Postpartum (Up to six months from birth)
  • 8\. Knee osteoarthritis
  • 9\. Cognitive disability
  • 10\. Red Flags (e.g. suspicion of fracture, malignancy, cauda equina syndrome, rapid decrease in muscle strength, etc.)
