Inclusion Criteria

  • The patient was informed consent
  • The patient who diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by the hand orthopedic surgeon and need to performed treatment by carpal tunnel release surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • The patient deny or reject the study
  • Neuromuscular disorder
  • Previous carpal tunnel surgery
  • Drug allergy to corticosteroid and licoaine
  • Chronic renal failure
  • Wrist infection
  • Osteoarthritis of wrist
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy
