Inclusion Criteria
patients who visited to Orthopedic department was diagnosed acute plantar fasciitis with specialist orthopedics foot and ankle surgery
Unilateral heel pain
Failed conservative treatment at least 4 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
Patient who was treated with steroid injection, extracorporeal shock wave, foot ankle orthotic, foot support, surgery
Patient who had underlying disease about foot and ankle, such as Gouty arthritis, septic arthritis, history of foot and ankle fracture or bony surgery
Overweight with BMI > 30 kg/m2
Pregnancy
NSAID or paracetamol allergy
