入选标准
- •patients who visited to Orthopedic department was diagnosed acute plantar fasciitis with specialist orthopedics foot and ankle surgery
- •Unilateral heel pain
- •Failed conservative treatment at least 4 weeks
排除标准
- •Patient who was treated with steroid injection, extracorporeal shock wave, foot ankle orthotic, foot support, surgery
- •Patient who had underlying disease about foot and ankle, such as Gouty arthritis, septic arthritis, history of foot and ankle fracture or bony surgery
- •Overweight with BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •NSAID or paracetamol allergy
