简要总结
Kho-Kho players require quick movement and change in direction agility plays an important role in improving performance in Kho-Kho players on field. As Kho-Kho requires lateral movement and direction changes quickly strengthening of ankle is necessary because weak ankle can lead to instability. For controlling movements of Kho-Kho players proprioception is needed. BOSU ball training requires proprioception which is required for Kho-Kho players. There are researches related to this which has been done on the other sports, but there are limited researchers on this for Kho-Kho players.
