Inclusion Criteria
Patients with age >18 years, whom at least one upper limb and lower limb is accessible during surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. ASA class >II
2. Patients with neuropathies or neuromuscular/ muscle disorders
3. Rapid sequence intubation patients
4. Patients receiving any regional anesthesia involving upper or lower limbs used for NMT monitoring
