Inclusion Criteria
All American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I, II. Age 3-12 yrs scheduled for ocular surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Emergency surgery
2. Children with intelectual disability
3. Children with neurological diseases
4. Renal or Hepatic disease
5. Children with cardiac or respiratory diseases
6. Allergy to Dexmedetomidine
7. Obese children
