?existence of daily-life difficulty caused by pain
?experiencing pain for at least 3 months
?score of DIT(distress and impact thermometer) is over cut-off points
?who have written consent to participate in this research
?to be judged inappropriate to this research by attending physician
?patients who refuse to participate in this study
?patients who have diagnosed Mental retardation, Developmental disorder
?patients who have language disorder
?who have substance abuse
?patients who require surgical intervention
?patients whose pain is because of inflammation
