Inclusion Criteria
1.Critically ill adult patients aged above 18 years
2.Hypotension(SBP <= 90 or MAP <= 65 or requiring vasopressors)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Deformity or local trauma or local infections at arterial cannulation site.
2.Severe coagulopathy (Platelets <30000/mm3 and/or INR >2.0)
3.Nonpalpable radial pulse
4.Patients whose radial artery has already been cannulated previously.
5.Negative Barbeau test
