入选标准
- •1.Comply with KOA's diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, meanwhile, the TCM syndrome is of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;
- •2.Aged 50 to 75 years, male and female, left knee pain, right handed;
- •3.Kellgren-Lawrence radiology score is II-III Points;
- •4.Knee joint pain lasts for more than 6 months;
- •5.VAS score >= 3 points;
- •6.Occupation: non-manual workers (such as teachers, corporate office staff, etc.), no daily strenuous lower limb activities;
- •7.Agree and sign an informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with damaged skin around the knee joint;
- •2.Patients with knee surgery history and history of severe trauma;
- •3.Secondary KOA, patients with rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis and other joint diseases;
- •4.With diabetes , Systemic infections, severe liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumors and other diseases;
- •5.Patients have received other treatment measures within the past month;
- •6.Patients are allergic to celecoxib capsules;
- •7.Pregnant or lactating women;
- •8.Mental disorders or cognition People with known dysfunction;
- •9.Suffering symptoms of the digestive system: such as active digestive ulcer/bleeding, or recurring ulcer/bleeding;
- •10.Patients with MRI contraindications such as locaphoresis, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents and intrauterine devices.
