- Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) of 1 or 2
- Patient is able to sit independently
- there are no weight bearing restriction of the lower extremities (standing and gait)
- severe neglect (e.g.Catherine Bergego Scale CBS >10) - demonstrating pusher behavior (e.g.Scale for Contraversive Pushing SCP >=2.5) - restriction in weight bearing on lower extremities - walking with an assistive device or less than 1km prior to CVA

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Ambulation abilities by use of Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC). Assessments will be performed before and after the 2 weeks of intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Gait velocity by use of a 10-meter-gait-test (time + number of steps), Timed Up and Go-Test, Berg-Balance-Scale, Visual Analog Scales (VAS) for the subjective feeling of security while gait and the acceptance of the Videos. Assessments will be performed before and after the 2 weeks of intervention.
