1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation;
2. Patients aged 20-65 years old (inclusive), regardless of gender;
3. Subjects with unilateral L4 / 5 or L5 / S1 disc herniation by lumbar magnetic resonance or CT examination;
4. Patients with a history of more than 2 weeks and less than 6 months;
5. Patients with VAS score >= 3;
6. Patients who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
1. Patients with other major lumbar diseases, such as tumor, tuberculosis, etc.;
2. Patients with acute lumbar injury and pain caused by trauma or operation;
3. Patients with cardiovascular, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other major diseases;
4. Mental patients;
5. Patients with osteoporosis;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Patients with contraindications to oral celecoxib;
8. Subjects with contraindications of MRI.
