Inclusion Criteria
Have a perception of low back pain equal to or greater than 4 on the visual analog pain scale VAS; have medical clearance.
Exclusion Criteria
Are undergoing or have undergone less than 4 months of physiotherapeutic treatment involving strength and / or flexibility training; the pain is caused by trauma; who have high blood pressure.
