1. Age :- 18-30 years of age of either sexes.
2. Patients having bilaterally indicated therapeutic extraction of maxillary premolars.
3. Patient with no history of allergy to drugs or anaesthetics used in the surgical protocol.
4. Patient who are willing to participate for the study
1.Patients less than 18 years of age and above 30 years of age.
2.Patients with deleterious habits
3.Patients in whom extraction is medically contraindicated.
4.Patients with systemic diseases.
5.Patients with active local or systemic infection.
6.Patients on long term steroid therapy.
7.Patients with osseous pathology which may affect the surgical outcome and wound healing.
8.Patients with psychiatric disease or substance abuse.
9.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used for the surgical protocol.
10.Patients who have consumed analgesics within 6 hours prior to the surgical procedure.
11.Patients with Hb% less than 12gm/dL.
12.Pregnant and lactating women and those taking oral contraceptives.
13.Patients who are not willing for the study.
