Inclusion Criteria
- •Children with a bodyweight between 30 and 50kg undergoing subumbillical operations
Exclusion Criteria
- •Coagulopathy or anticoagulation therapy,
- •suspicion of increased intracranial pressure,
- •known allergy or hypersensitivity against ropivacaine or amino\-amide local
- •anaesthetics,
- •signs of infection in the sacral area
