Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients above 18 years of age admitted to AITU. 2\.Patients undergoing off pump CABG and other valve surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing on pump CABG
- •2\.HR less than 50/min
- •3\.MAP less than 65mmHG despite adequate volume resuscitation and vasopressor administration,VIS score more than 10 in post CABG patients and less than 60 mm HG in valve replacement surgeries.
- •4\.Acute severe neurological disorder.
- •5\.Allergy to dexmedetomidine or propofol.
