- •All ASA I and II patients between the age of 18-60 years scheduled to undergo Drug induced sleep endoscopy
排除标准
- •patients who have undergone previous upper airway surgery for OSA
- •severe co morbidity (ASA 3 or more)
- •allergy to dexmedetomidine and propofol
- •gross mandibular or maxillary deformity
