Medically fit patients greater than or equal to 18 years of age of both genders
Alveolar ridges with sufficient vertical and horizontal dimensions
D3, D4 bone
Bone density lesser than 850 gray scale units based on CBCT findings.
The edentulous site that has no previous attempt of sinus augmentation, implant placement or guided regeneration
The implant site edentulous for at least 6 months
Bone width and height minimum to place 4.2 by 11.5mm Implant.
Implants requiring any kind of bone augmentations
Immediate extraction and implant placement cases
Signs of infection in the modified site of implant
Parafunctional habits such as bruxism and clenching
Local limitations such as inadequate implant space
Pregnancy
Bone disease that interfere with bone healing
Chronic smokers
Radiation therapy
Oral /IV bisphosphonates
Diabetes
