- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in subjective stress level, measured by visual analogue scale immediately before and after stress exposure.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Increase of saliva cortisol concentration associated with mental stress exposure, measured by immunoassay immediately before and 30 minutes after stress exposure<br>2. Experimental versus control contrast in pACC activity associated with mental stress exposure, measured by fMRI, as compeared to a control condition (cognitive challenge without stress exposure). The stress paradigm uses a block design with repeated 60 seconds task (or control) blocks that are preceded by 5 seconds instruction phase and followed by 20 seconds pause.
