Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II, 40-80 kg body weight, ASA grade 1 and 2 of both sexes with MPS class 1 and 2 undergoing upper limb surgeries under brachial plexus block were included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who refused for the study, Patients with failed blocks, Pt with chronic systemic diseases, drug & alcohol abuse, patients allergic to any study medication, patient with 2nd or 3rd degree heart block, Bleeding disorders were excluded from the study.

Name Time Method To compare the Sedative property of i.v propofol vs i.v dexmedetomidine based on RAMSAY sedation score and BIS in patients undergoing upper limb surgeries under brachial plexus block.Timepoint: RAMSAY Sedation score and BIS value will be taken every 10 minutes from starting of the surgery till the end of surgery

Name Time Method To compare the effect of i.v propofol vs i.v dexmedetomidine for patients undergoing upper limb surgeries under brachial plexus block. And itâ??s effect <br/ ><br>a) on mean arterial pressure <br/ ><br>b) on heart rate <br/ ><br>c) on respiration rate <br/ ><br>d) on spo2. <br/ ><br>e) incidence of over and undersedation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: AT BASELINE AND EVERY 10MINS TILL END OF SURGERY
