Inclusion Criteria

1. RT PCR proved COVID-19 positive patients admitted in AIIMS Patna

2. Age >= 18 years

3. Clinical Category of Patients

4. Participants who are willing to provide informed consent and willing to undergo the PeriScope test

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with severe CAD,

2.Congestive heart failure CHF

3.Hypertension,

4.Patients on insulin, diabetic neuropathy,

5.Diabetic Keto acidosis

6.Stroke and peripheral arterial disorder

7.Pre-existing Cardiovascular disease

8.Severe Hypertension

9.Recent MI

10.Cardiac transplant within the last 12 months

11.Pregnancy

12. Patient with peripheral Edema

13. Patient with Cardiac Arrhythmia

To study if measurement of arterial stiffness using Pulse Wave velocity in mild.moderate and severe group of COVID-19 Patients can stratify Cardiovascular risk.Timepoint: 0 Day, 2nd Day, 4th Day, 6th Day, 8th Day and 10th Day or on the day of clinical deterioration (change in category to moderate/severe) which ever is earlier. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>

To determine if initial measurements and subsequent changes in arterial stiffness can project the future course of the Covid-19 patient and hence predict the grade of clinical management a confirmed Covid-19 patient would require. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 0 Day, 2nd Day, 4th Day, 6th Day, 8th Day and 10th Day or on the day of clinical deterioration (change in category to moderate/severe) which ever is earlier. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
