Patients admit to the Kyunghee University Hospital for orthopedic surgery with spinal anesthesia
- Age from 19 to 65,
- ASA status I to II
- If they want to sedate after spinal anesthesia
1. If they do not want to be sedated
2. If the block level by spinal anesthesia is above T6
3. If they are taking medication with hypertension
4. BMI greater than 30 kg / m2 or diagnosed with sleep apnea
5. If the anesthetic of the lower body fails
6. Hypersensitivity to used drugs
7. Pre-operative electrocardiogram (EKG) with heart rate <60 beats / min
8. If the systolic blood pressure is <90 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure <60 mmHg during the administration of the drug (dexmedetomidine and perdipine)
9. Pregnant women, lactating women, or women who have a pregnancy plan during the test
