Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with planned tracheal intubation. Patients giving written informed consent. ASA grade I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA status \> III, a patient having indication for rapid sequence induction, predictors of difficult airway present (inter incisor distance \<3 cm, MPG \>3\), oropharyngeal pathology, morbid obesity, patient refusal, patients with severe pulmonary comorbidity)
