Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with IOP more than 21 mm Hg,
2. No evidence of glaucomatous damage
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with any previous intraocular surgery (other than uncomplicated cataract surgery with PCIOL).
2.Diabetic retinopathy or any disease causing visual field loss or optic disc deterioration
