being married
having irregular menstrual cycle
excessive physical activity

Score of participants in PSST questionnaire or amount of changes of symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Timepoint: testing symptoms of premenstrual syndrome before starting the intervention and six weeks after starting consumption of pomegranate juice. Method of measurement: PSST questionnaire.
