Inclusion Criteria
* Diagnosed with mild (IQ <= 50-69) or moderate (IQ <= 35-49) ID
* Being ambulatory
* Diagnosed with at least 1 cardiovascular risk factor; i.e. diabetes, hypertension, being overweight/obese, dyslipidaemia.
* Able to follow instructions
Exclusion Criteria
* Not obtaining medical clearance
* Physical limitations for participating in the PRET exercises, such as muscle spasms, amputation, hypotonia, etc.
