- •All patients undergoing Laparoscopic surgeries at Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital
- •1. Elective laproscopic surgeries
- •2. ASA grade - 1,2,3
- •3. Age between 15 and 60 years.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal.
- •2. ASA grade-4
- •3. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4. Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to Palonosteron and Dexamethasone and Ondansetron.
- •5. Patients on steroid therapy,antiemetics, or on treatment with other medications known to produce nausea and vomiting.
- •6. Patients with history of motion sickness,nausea and vomiting pre operatively.
