- •ASA 1&2 patient undergoing lower segment caesarean section ,weight 40-80 kg,having singleton pregnancy,posted for elective surgery
排除标准
- •1patient refusal
- •2.Patients belonging to ASA III and IVÂ Â
- •3.Patients posted for emergency procedures Â
- •4 Patients with coagulopathies and increased intra cranial tension Â
- •5.Patients allergic to drugs used in study
- •6.Parturients with known complicated pregnancy,cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia,and
- •coagulopathies, allergic to study drugs,
- •7.having contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
