1. Meet the diagnosis of mild-to-moderate depression according to the International Classification of Diseases 10th Edition (ICD-10, F32.0, F32.1);
2. Aged from 18 to 45 years, and right handed;
3. First diagnosed, have not participated in other treatment plans;
4. 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale total score<=35;
5. Signed informed consent.
1. Diagnosis of bipolar depression;
2. Have participated in other clinical trials in the past eight weeks;
3. Be taking antidepressants or the pharmacological effects of antidepressants have not been washed out;
4. Have received acupuncture treatment in the past two weeks;
5. Pregnant or lactating;
6. Have other serious diseases that needed to be treated;
7. Have head trauma history or other brain diseases;
8. Have suicidal plan or behavior;
9. Have any MRI contraindications.
