Inclusion Criteria

1. Neuroimaging predictive of a motor disability
2. General Movements Assessment indicates high risk for cerebral palsy
3. Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination scores indicate high risk for cerebral palsy
or 4. A unilateral brain injury predictive of cerebral palsy AND clinical signs of asymmetry

Exclusion Criteria

1. Progressive or neurodegenerative disorder or genetic disorder not associated with cerebral palsy
2. Other disability diagnosis (e.g. Downs Syndrome) but no identified cerebral palsy
