- •Patients posted for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
- •ASA grade 1 & 2
排除标准
- •Patient refusal, nasal deformity or nasal blockade, pregnancy , obesity, known or anticipated difficult intubation, requiring more than 2 attempts of intubation or more than 20 sec for laryngoscopy, hypertensive patients, allergic to Dexmedetomidine or Lignocaine
