Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade I & II
2. Body Weight between 45 to 90 kg & BMI between 18 to 30kg / m sq.
3. Scheduled for Elective Laproscopic Cholecystectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient refusal
2. ASA 3 & 4
3. Hepatic & renal insufficiency
4. Previous gastric ukcers, diabetes mellitus
5. Pregnant & Nursing mothers
6. History of corticosteroid hypersensitivity.
7. Patients already on corticosteroids , immunosuppressives , analgesics or opioid medication.
8. Emergency Surgery
9. Inability to understand & use the VAS
10. Chronic pain syndrome
