Inclusion Criteria
1.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II
2.BMI less than 30 Kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Conversion to GA during surgery
2. Bleeding disorders or Coagulopathy
3. Allergic to study drugs
4. Patients on chronic analgesic medications
5 Patients having respiratory or cardiovascular disease
6. Baseline heart less than 60 beats/minute
7. Patients on antiepileptics
8. Duration of surgery more than 2 hours
