  • 1\- Uncontrolled Hypertension 2\- Age below 18 and older than 60 3\- Non\-Obese patients (BMI\< 35\) 4\- Heart block \> Ist degree 5\- Allergic to morphine, alpha\-2 agonist 5\- Clinically significant neurological, cardiovascular, renal hepatic disease 6\- History of drug abuse or chronic opioid use
